A simple apricot smoothie recipe with cashew milk and coconut flakes.
- 4 apricots
- ½ cup (120ml) cashew milk
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp goji berry dried ones
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp honey
- a handful ice cubes
- Mix all ingredients and blend for a few minutes, until smooth.
- Top it with some more coconut flakes.
