Es ist total cremig, w\u00fcrzig und einfach lecker. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Highlight an diesem K\u00fcrbis Curry ist f\u00fcr mich aber die Zubereitung im Backofen: Currysauce mixen, mit den Zutaten vermengen - und dann macht der Ofen die ganze Arbeit. Du kannst aber genauso gut Hokkaido verwenden. Wichtig ist, dass du den K\u00fcrbis in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneidest, damit sie w\u00e4hrend dem Backen gleichm\u00e4ssig garen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cherrytomaten<\/strong>: Geben dem Curry einen s\u00fcss-s\u00e4uerlichen Geschmack.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kokosnussmilch<\/strong>: Sorgt f\u00fcr eine cremige Konsistenz. Ich rate dir, Light Kokosmilch zu verwenden. Sie schmeckt genauso gut und cremig, spart dir dabei aber rund 190 Kalorien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gelbe Thai Currypaste<\/strong>: Mein Geheimtipp f\u00fcr K\u00fcrbiscurry! Sie sorgt f\u00fcr viel Aroma und eine angenehme Sch\u00e4rfe. Das Rezept gelingt auch mit roter Currypaste - diese ist jedoch etwas sch\u00e4rfer, daher w\u00fcrde ich weniger davon verwenden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Erdnussbutter<\/strong>: Macht die Sauce extra cremig und nussig. Du kannst sie aber auch weglassen, falls du allergisch darauf bist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Limettensaft<\/strong>: Sorgt f\u00fcr Frische und eine angenehme S\u00e4ure.
