Mit <strong>50 % weniger \u00d6l<\/strong> ist es viel bek\u00f6mmlicher - und du sparst dir ordentlich Kalorien. Viele gehen davon aus, dass ein Salat automatisch gesund ist. Stimmt grunds\u00e4tzlich, aber das Dressing kann schnell zur versteckten Kalorienfalle werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du trotzdem nicht auf deinen t\u00e4glichen Salat verzichten m\u00f6chtest, kannst du dir ganz einfach mein leichtes Salatdressing auf Vorrat zubereiten. So hast du jederzeit eine frische, leckere und kalorien\u00e4rmere Salatsauce bereit - perfekt, um ganz entspannt ein paar Kalorien zu sparen, ohne auf Geschmack zu verzichten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am liebsten kombiniere ich dieses leichte Dressing mit Blattsalaten. Diese \u00d6le sind sehr mild im Geschmack. Es gelingt auch mit Oliven\u00f6l, dieses hat allerdings einen sehr intensiven Eigengeschmack, welchen man in diesem Dressing gut rausschmeckt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kr\u00e4uteressig:<\/strong> Ich mag das Kressig Weinessig. Gelingt auch mit normalem Weissweinessig oder Apfelessig. Je nachdem, wie sauer du dein Dressing magst, kannst du hier die Menge etwas anpassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Senf: <\/strong>Am besten einen scharfen Senf oder Dijon Senf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Etwas S\u00fcsse macht das Dressing milder. Gelingt auch mit Honig. F\u00fcr eine zuckerfreie Variante einfach weglassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche-Pulver:&nbsp;<\/strong>Mein Tipp f\u00fcr einen tollen Umami-Geschmack. Anstatt Salz mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fchepulver w\u00fcrzen! Ich verd\u00fcnne Salatdressing f\u00fcr Blattsalate auch oft gerne mit etwas Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gefriergetrocknete Zwiebeln<\/strong>: Diese geben dem Dressing einen tollen Geschmack. Ich kaufe sie in der Gew\u00fcrzabteilung in der Migros. Es geht auch mal ohne, falls du keine hast und im Supermarkt keine findest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paprika &amp; Currypulver: <\/strong>F\u00fcr etwas mehr Aroma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Italienische Kr\u00e4uter:<\/strong>&nbsp;Getrocknet sorgen sie f\u00fcr mehr Geschmack.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Schwarzer Pfeffer:<\/strong>&nbsp;Nach Geschmack,
