Dabei gibt es unterschiedliche Methoden, die klassische H\u00f6rnchenform zu kreieren. Ich m\u00f6chte euch meine bevorzugte Technik vorstellen, die einfach und effektiv ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Teig vorbereiten:<\/strong> Stelle sicher, dass dein Teig gut durchgek\u00fchlt ist. Teile ihn dann in 3-4 Portionen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Teigrollen formen:<\/strong> Rolle jede Portion zu einer gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Rolle, etwa 2,5 cm dick. Kein Bemehlen der Arbeitsfl\u00e4che n\u00f6tig.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scheiben schneiden:<\/strong> Scheide die Rolle in 1 cm dicke Scheiben. Ein Messer oder Teigschaber ist hierf\u00fcr ideal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00f6llchen formen:<\/strong> Nimm eine Scheibe und rolle sie zwischen deinen H\u00e4nden zu einem R\u00f6llchen. Es ist in Ordnung, wenn die Mitte etwas dicker ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zum Halbmond formen:<\/strong> Biege jedes R\u00f6llchen vorsichtig zu einem Halbmond. Du willst auf keinen Fall braune Vanillekipferl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bestreuen:<\/strong> Damit der Puderzuckerbelag an den Keksen haften bleibt, solltest du sie <strong>noch warm bestreuen<\/strong>. Sobald du sie aus dem Backofen nimmst, kannst du sie auf ein Gitter legen, und mithilfe eines kleines Sieb den Puderzuckerbelag (Puderzucker &amp; Vanillezucker) dar\u00fcberstreuen. <em>\u2192 Leg ein sauberes Backpapier darunter, so kannst du den Belag, der nicht an den Keksen haften geblieben ist, einsammeln und wiederverwenden.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vorbereiten-aufbewahren\">Aufbewahren &amp; Einfrieren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aufbewahren:<\/strong> Sie bleiben f\u00fcr mindestens eine Woche frisch, schmecken frisch gebacken aber immer am besten und sind dann am knusprigsten! Am besten bewahrst du sie in einer Keksdose bei Raumtemperatur auf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Einfrieren: <\/strong>Diese Pl\u00e4tzchen k\u00f6nnen auch super einfach eingefroren werden. Sobald sie kalt sind, in einem Gefrierbeutel f\u00fcr maximal 3 Monate einfrieren.
