Es ist m\u00f6glich und geht auch ganz einfach, einen veganen Thunfisch Ersatz selber zu machen. <strong>Kichererbsen und Nori Algen sind die L\u00f6sung!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nori, ein Algenblatt, welches du vielleicht bereits vom Sushi kennst, ist f\u00fcr den fischigen Geschmack verantwortlich. Die Hauptzutat sind aber Kichererbsen, die mit ein paar Gew\u00fcrzen und eben dem Nori zusammen zu einem super lecker und auch noch gesunden veganen Thunfischersatz vermischt werden. So lecker! Es schmeckt praktisch wie das Original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veganer Thunfisch ist sehr vielseitig einsetzbar. Verwende daf\u00fcr frisches oder getoastetes Brot, etwas Salat, und Tomaten. Die &#8220;Thunfischf\u00fcllung&#8221; hat schon Geschmack genug, bei Bedarf kannst du aber noch etwas mehr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aline-made.com\/de\/vegane-mayo\/\">vegane Mayo<\/a> verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Veganer &#8220;Thunfischsalat&#8221; mit Kichererbsen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstatt als Sandwich kannst du ihn auch einfach als vegane Thunfischsalat Alternative servieren. Es ist eigentlich nicht anderes, als ein Salat mit Kichererbsen, der etwas <em>fischig gew\u00fcrzt<\/em> wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Sandwiches mag ich eine eher feine Konsistenz. Wenn du ihn also als Salat servieren m\u00f6chtest, w\u00fcrde ich ihn nicht ganz so fest mixen, um eine eher Salat-Artige Konsistenz zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So geht&#8217;s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hauptzutaten f\u00fcr veganen Thunfisch:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kichererbsen, aus der Dose oder gekocht<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nori \u2192 F\u00fcr den fischigen Geschmack<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aline-made.com\/de\/vegane-mayo\/\">Vegane Mayo<\/a> \u2192 Sorgt f\u00fcr Geschmack<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aline-made.com\/de\/tahini-paste\/\">Tahini<\/a> \u2192 Gibt dem ganzen einen erdigen, nussigen Geschmack<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ausserdem: Zitronensaft (oder Essig), Senf, Schalotte, und Essiggurken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Veganer Thunfisch Rezept &#8211; So geht&#8217;s<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das Nori Blatt in kleine St\u00fccke reissen und mit dem Food Prozessor so lange mixen, bis es Flocken gibt.
