Das Beste von beiden Salaten vereint in einem!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunt gekochter Quinoa, Cherry Tomaten, Salatgurke, Paprika, Oliven, Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, etwas zerkr\u00fcmelter Feta und Petersilie. Gemischt wird das ganze mit einem einfachen Dressing aus Oliven\u00f6l, frisch gepresstem Zitronensaft, Ahornsirup und Oregano!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst dir bestimmt schon vorstellen, wie frisch, knackig, und lecker dieser Salat schmeckt! Zudem ist er reich an gesunden Ballaststoffen und leicht verdaulich. Was ich an Quinoa auch sehr mag ist, dass er super einfach und schnell zubereitet ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunter Quinoa ist mein Favorit. Er schmeckt etwas nussiger und herber als weisser Quinoa. Zudem sieht die Mischung einfach toll aus. In den meisten Superm\u00e4rkten bekommst du mittlerweile den bunten Quinoa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schlussendlich spielt es aber keine Rolle welche Quinoa Farbe du verwendest. Es geht n\u00e4mlich ganz einfach, veganen Feta K\u00e4se selber zu machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Achte aber darauf, dass er f\u00fcr mindestens 24 Stunden mariniert werden muss. Das heisst, bereite den Feta mindestens einen Tag, bevor du dieses Quinoa Salat Rezept zubereiten m\u00f6chtest, vor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leider habe ich noch keinen veganen Feta aus dem Supermarkt gefunden, der auch wirklich gut schmeckt.
