Serviere sie am besten mit diesem einfachen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aline-made.com\/de\/einfacher-gruener-salat\/\">gr\u00fcnen Salat<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die mit Reis gef\u00fcllten Zucchini werden mit K\u00e4se goldbraun \u00fcberbacken, was sie besonders knusprig macht. Sobald alles im Ofen ist hast du genug Zeit, um die K\u00fcche aufzur\u00e4umen und den Tisch zu decken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vegetarische F\u00fcllung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gef\u00fcllte Zucchini vegetarisch zu machen ist ein Kinderspiel. Die F\u00fcllung besteht aus Reis und angebratenem Fruchtfleisch der Zucchini und wird mit geriebenem K\u00e4se und Mozzarella knusprig \u00fcberbacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am liebsten Verwende ich eine Mischung aus Langkorn und Wildreis. Dies macht die F\u00fcllung etwas nussig, herb, und gibt ihr einen guten Biss. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich kannst du aber den Reis nach deiner Wahl verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Fruchtfleisch der ausgeh\u00f6hlten Zucchini ist zu schade, um wegzuwerfen. Angebraten kann es wunderbar als F\u00fcllung verwendet werden. Durch das Braten verliert das Fruchtfleisch einiges an Fl\u00fcssigkeit und verliert an Volumen. Wenn du magst, kannst du dieses auch zusammen mit dem Fruchtfleisch anbraten, damit sie etwas milder im Geschmack sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bevorzugst du die gef\u00fcllten Zucchini vegan?<\/strong> Dann kannst du den geriebenen K\u00e4se und Mozzarella im Rezept einfach mit einer veganen K\u00e4sealternative ersetzten.
