Sein Ursprung geht m\u00f6glicherweise jedoch bis auf das Osmanische Reich zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Heute ist es stark mit dem Nahen Osten und insbesondere mit Israel verbunden<\/strong>, wo es von j\u00fcdischen Einwanderern eingef\u00fchrt wurde. ist Shakshuka?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Shahkuka ist ein sehr einfaches Gericht, welches durch die Zugabe von den typisch levantinischen Gew\u00fcrzen aussergew\u00f6hnliche Aromen annimmt. Shakshuka bedeutet w\u00f6rtlich \u00fcbersetzt &#8220;durcheinander&#8221;, was seine legere Kochart widerspiegelt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knoblauch, Zwiebel, Paprika und frische Tomaten werden mit frischen Kr\u00e4utern und Gew\u00fcrzen zu einer wundersch\u00f6nen Sauce eingekocht. In die Sauce werden nun kleine Vertiefungen gedr\u00fcckt, in welchen die Eier pochiert werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die ist die klassische Version, die man jedoch ganz nach seinem Gusto variieren kann. Einige m\u00f6gen es mit etwas zerbr\u00f6seltem Feta, andere bevorzugen ein gr\u00fcnes Shakshuka aus gr\u00fcnem Gem\u00fcse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shakshuka wird traditionell zum Brunch oder Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck serviert<\/strong> und kann <strong>direkt aus der Pfanne gegessen<\/strong> werden. Wenn du die arabische K\u00fcche liebst, musst du dieses Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks-Rezept unbedingt ausprobieren. Die frische Minze und der gemahlene Kreuzk\u00fcmmel verleihen diesem Gericht seinen typischen nah\u00f6stlichen Geschmack. Daf\u00fcr sollten sie sehr reif, s\u00fcsslich, und saftig sein. Wenn du mal keine frischen Tomaten zu Hause hast, kannst du daf\u00fcr auch eine Dose gesch\u00e4lte Tomaten verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eine letzte Anmerkung:<\/strong> Das Shakshuka wird direkt in der Pfanne serviert, was bedeutet, dass das Gericht seine Temperatur sehr lange h\u00e4lt. Somit werden auch die Eier noch etwas nachstocken, nachdem du es von der Herdplatte genommen hast.
