Besonders Natur-Tofu braucht etwas Liebe!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Und so gelingt er immer:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die <strong>\u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Fl\u00fcssigkeit entfernen<\/strong> (mit K\u00fcchenpapier oder einer Tofu Presse) \u2192 damit der Tofu die Marinade besser aufnehmen kann.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mit Maisst\u00e4rke bedecken<\/strong> \u2192 macht ihn knusprig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In genug \u00d6l <strong>knusprig anbraten<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese 3 Schritte sind vital, damit Tofu knusprig und lecker wird. Du kannst dieses \"Grundrezept\" f\u00fcr jedes beliebige Rezept anwenden. Falls du Tofu noch nie auf diese Weise zubereitet hast, wirst du begeistert sein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun muss der Tofu asiatisch mariniert werden! F\u00fcr Geschmack sorgt eine super einfache asiatische Sauce aus Sojasauce, braunem Zucker, und schwarzem Pfeffer. Auch hier kommt Maisst\u00e4rke rein, damit die Sauce sch\u00f6n dick wird. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2192 Selbst die Grundsauce kannst du f\u00fcr jedes beliebige asiatische Rezept verwenden. Dieser schmeckt auch so wie er ist sehr lecker, d.h. Schritt Nummer 2-4 im Rezept kannst du \u00fcberspringen und ihn in W\u00fcrfel geschnitten roh mit der Sauce zu den Bohnen geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Liebst du Knoblauch, Zwiebeln, oder Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln?<\/strong> Kann gehackt mit dem Ingwer zu den Bohnen gegeben werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Low-FODMAP: <\/strong>Das Rezept eignet sich f\u00fcr eine FODMAP-Arme Ern\u00e4hrung. Aber Achtung, gr\u00fcne Bohnen sind nur bis zu einer Portion von 75g pro Tag FODMAP-Arm. Reduziere in diesem Fall die Menge.
