Dann probier doch mal meinen <strong>Nudelsalat mit Joghurt<\/strong>! Eine tolle Alternative zu den klassischen Nudelsalaten mit Mayo - leichter, frischer und perfekt f\u00fcr warme Tage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Salat ist ein echter Allrounder: Er passt wunderbar als Grillbeilage, ist ideal f\u00fcrs n\u00e4chste Picknick im Park oder als schnelles Mittagessen im Homeoffice. Und das Beste? Er ist ruckzuck gemacht!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum Joghurt?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Joghurt macht das Dressing sch\u00f6n cremig, ohne dabei schwer zu wirken. Er bringt eine feine S\u00e4ure mit, die super mit den restlichen Zutaten harmoniert, und ist eine tolle Basis f\u00fcr alle, die es gerne etwas leichter m\u00f6gen als mit klassischer Mayonnaise. Ich verwende am liebsten <strong>griechischen Joghurt<\/strong>, weil er besonders cremig ist und einen angenehmen Geschmack hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zudem kommen bei meinem sommerlichen Nudelsalat noch Erdbeeren und Avocado mit rein! Die nehmen das Dressing besonders gut auf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Erdbeeren:<\/strong> T\u00f6nt ungew\u00f6hnlich? Probier&#8217;s mal aus. Diese sorgen f\u00fcr eine tolles s\u00fcsses Sommeraroma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Avocado<\/strong>: Macht den Salat extra cremig und bringt gesunde Fette mit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln:<\/strong> Sorgen f\u00fcr einen milden Zwiebelgeschmack.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mandeln<\/strong>: Kurz anger\u00f6stet sorgen sie f\u00fcr einen feinen Crunch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Joghurt Dressing:<\/strong> Dies besteht aus Joghurt, ein ganz wenig Mayo f\u00fcr den Geschmack, Limettensaft, Ahornsirup, Salz, und Pfeffer. Wer mag, kann noch etwas geriebenen Knoblauch untermischen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vorbereiten-aufbewahren\">Vorbereiten &amp; Aufbewahren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Nudelsalat kann sehr gut bis zu einem Tag im Voraus zubereitet und im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahrt werden, so zieht er noch etwas nach. Wenn ich Nudelsalat im Voraus zubereite, mische ich gerne etwas Nudel-Kochwasser unter das Dressing, so trocknet er nicht aus, ohne unn\u00f6tig viel Essig oder \u00d6l zu verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reste in einer Tupperware im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren.
