Den leckeren gebratenen Reis den es bei jedem Chinesen um die Ecke gibt! Gute News, es ist super einfach, ihn selber zu Hause zuzubereiten. Und so kannst du auch wunderbar Reisreste vom Vortrag verwerten, denn am besten gelingt er mit bereits gekochtem Reis vom Tag davor. Aber keine Angst, dieses Fried Rice Rezept gelingt auch mit frisch gekochtem Reis!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lecker schmeckt gebratener Reis vegan mit viel Gem\u00fcse und Tofu &#8211; ganz ohne Ei! Als Gem\u00fcse eignet sich gew\u00fcrfelte Karotten, Paprika, und Jungspinat. Beim Chinesen wird es meist mit Tiefk\u00fchlgem\u00fcse wie Erbsen, Karotten, und Mais zubereitet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich selber mag die Version mit frischem Gem\u00fcse, besonders mit Jungspinat, viel lieber. Nicht vom Geschmack her, aber als Proteinersatz. So kannst du diesen vegan gebratenen Reis auch super als Hauptspeise zum Mittag- oder Abendessen auftischen. Gesund, lecker, schnell zubereitet, proteinreich! F\u00fcr gebratenen Reis solltest du den Tofu immer zuerst etwas marinieren, dies sorgt f\u00fcr mehr Geschmack. Aber keine Angst, es muss nicht kompliziert sein. Etwas Sojasauce und Sesam\u00f6l reicht v\u00f6llig aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcblicherweise wird Fried Rice aber immer als Beilage serviert. Ich koche den Reis aber auch oft einfach frisch, da ich nicht immer Plane, wenn ich was kochen m\u00f6chte. Daf\u00fcr den Reis wie \u00fcblich kochen, auf einem gro\u00dfen Teller oder Platte verteilen, und kurz im K\u00fchlschrank oder Tiefk\u00fchler ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Gelingt genauso gut!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Reissorte eignet sich am besten Langkornreis, Basmati, oder Jasminreis. Mit braunem Reis wird es auch lecker, jedoch noch etwas nussiger und herber im Geschmack. Ich wechsle gerne zwischen Basmati und Paraboiled Langkornreis ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum W\u00fcrzen vom Reis reicht etwas Sojasauce, Sesam\u00f6l, Salz, und Pfeffer aus. Reste in der Mikrowelle oder einer Pfanne erw\u00e4rmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kann ich anderes Gem\u00fcse verwenden?<\/strong> Das Gem\u00fcse kann nach Belieben angepasst werden. Schmeckt auch lecker mit Zucchini, Pilzen, Pack Choi, etc.! Magst du es wie beim Chinesen? Dann verwende tiefgek\u00fchlte Erbsen, Mais, und Karotte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vermisst du die Zwiebel und Knoblauch?<\/strong>&nbsp;D\u00fcnste eine gehackte Zwiebel und zwei gehackte Knoblauchzehen mit dem Gem\u00fcse an.
