Du kannst es dir \u00e4hnlich wie eine <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aline-made.com\/de\/gemueselasagne\/\">vegetarische Lasagne<\/a><\/strong> vorstellen, nur verwendet man anstatt Nudeln Aubergine. Daher ist Parmigiana auch glutenfrei und kohlenhydratarm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geschmacklich ist Parmigiana di Melanzane der Hammer! Eine so fantastische Gem\u00fcsebeilage, die lecker und k\u00e4sig ist, und zugleich du dich f\u00fchlst, wie wenn du in einem Restaurant mitten in einem italienischen St\u00e4dtchen sitzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tats\u00e4chlich habe ich Parmigiana di Melanzane in einem kleinen <a href=\"https:\/\/bottegavini.it\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Restaurant in Verona<\/strong><\/a> (der italienischen Stadt, in der Julia &amp; Romeo gedreht wurde) bestellt. Es war so k\u00f6stlich, dass ich das Parmigiana Rezept unbedingt auf meinem Blog teilen musste! Auberginen sind nicht das einfachste Gem\u00fcse in der Zubereitung, aber wenn man sie richtig verarbeitet, schmecken sie fantastisch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich muss zugeben, dass das Parmigiana Rezept recht zeitaufw\u00e4ndig, aber nicht schwierig ist. Es sind ein paar Schritte n\u00f6tig, um das Beste aus der Aubergine herauszuholen. Aber dieses Gericht ist seine Zeit Wert und der Aufwand lohnt sich allemal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denn du wirst mit anger\u00f6steter Auberginen gebacken an einer hausgemachten Sugo mit frischem Basilikum und geschmolzenen K\u00e4seschichten belohnt. Kannst du dir vorstellen, wie lecker das schmeckt?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aubergine Parmigiana kann als Vorspeise oder Beilage zu Nudeln, Reis oder Polenta serviert werden. Verwende 2 grosse oder 3 mittelgrosse Auberginen!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parmesan<\/strong>: Gibt dem Gericht seinen Namen und Geschmack!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mozzarella<\/strong>: F\u00fcr die ultraleckere geschmolzene K\u00e4se-Schicht!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gehackte Tomaten in der Dose<\/strong>: Kann durch passierte Tomaten ersetzt werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zwiebel, Knoblauch, frischer Basilikum<\/strong>: Sorgt f\u00fcr W\u00fcrze!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Visuelle Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Anleitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit das Rezept beim ersten Mal ein Erfolg wird, habe ich dir hier einen visuellen Guide mit Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt Bilder erstellt. Dieser ist besonders Kochanf\u00e4ngern zu empfehlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aubergine l\u00e4ngsweise in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Mit 2 TL Salz einreiben, in ein Abtropfsieb geben, und f\u00fcr 30-60 Minuten stehen lassen. \u2192 Dieser Schritt entzieht der Aubergine Wasser!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aubergine unter kaltem Wasser waschen und mit K\u00fcchenpapier trocken tupfen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aubergine Backen &#8211; Option 1 (siehe Bild):<\/strong> Aubergine auf mit Backpapier belegten Backblechen verteilen, beidseitig mit 4 EL Oliven\u00f6l einreiben (mit einem Backpinsel), und f\u00fcr 20 Minuten backen. Aubergine nach 10 Minuten wenden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aubergine Anbraten &#8211; Option 2: <\/strong>Eine grosse Pfanne erhitzen. Aubergine mit 4 EL Oliven\u00f6l einreiben und beidseitig anbraten (circa 2-3 Minuten). <em>\u2192 Dies geht erheblich schneller, wenn du mit zwei Pfannen gleichzeitig arbeitest.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Hinweis:<\/strong> Hier gebe ich dir zwei Optionen! Es ist sehr viel einfacher, wenn du die Aubergine im Backofen zubereitest (Option 1). In der Pfanne angebraten erh\u00e4lt sie aber ein wunderbares R\u00f6staroma (Option 2). W\u00e4hle die Zubereitungsart aus, welche dir mehr zusagt.
