Nicht zu vergleichen mit den meisten Schokocroissants, die man bei uns in einer B\u00e4ckerei oder im Supermarkt erh\u00e4lt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authentische franz\u00f6sische Schokocroissants werden mit einem <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aline-made.com\/de\/croissants-selber-machen\/\">franz\u00f6sischen Croissant-Teig<\/a><\/strong> zubereitet. Dieser ist besonders luftig, buttrig, und knusprig. Der laminierte Teig sorgt f\u00fcr die vielen Butterschichten und ordentlich viel Geschmack. Am Schluss wird der Teig mit einem dunklen Schokoladen-Croissant-Stick oder gehackter dunkler Schokolade gef\u00fcllt und aufgerollt. Mit meinen Tipps und der visuellen Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt Rezeptanleitung schaffst du das!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zugegeben, das Rezept ist nicht ganz einfach und es braucht auch ordentlich viel Zeit. Denn der Teig muss 3 mal laminiert werden (die Butterschicht in den Teig einarbeiten) und \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen. Erst am Tag 2 kannst du dann die Schokocroissants formen, nochmals aufgehen lassen, und schlussendlich goldbraun backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es braucht etwas \u00dcbung f\u00fcr die perfekten Pain au chocolat! Falls sie beim ersten Mal nicht perfekt sind, gib bitte nicht auf. Beiden Varianten schmecken total lecker und sind im Geschmack und Textur kaum zu unterscheiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der veganen Variante ist es einfach wichtig, dass du eine feste pflanzliche Margarine und KEINE streichzarte Margarine verwendest! Da empfehle ich Alsan oder Flora Plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr den Anstrich mische ich gerne Milch (oder Hafermilch) mit etwas Ahornsirup. Dieser &#8220;vegane Ei-Anstrich&#8221; kannst du f\u00fcr alle s\u00fcssen Hefegeb\u00e4cke verwenden. Der Vorteil ist, dass du nicht ein Eiweiss (welches meistens \u00fcbrig bleibt) verschwenden musst. Gerne kannst du die Schokocroissant vor dem Backen auch mit einem Eigelb bestreichen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Visuelle Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Anleitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit das Pain au chocolat Rezept beim ersten Mal ein Erfolg wird, habe ich dir hier einen visuellen Guide mit Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt Bilder erstellt. Das Rechteck sollte so grade wie m\u00f6glich sein, verwende deine H\u00e4nde um es in Form zu ziehen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nun die Butter-St\u00fccke gleichm\u00e4ssig auf dem mittleren Drittel des Rechtecks verteilen. Nach der 3ten Runde wird der Teig anstatt f\u00fcr 30 Minuten, \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank gelegt. <em>\u2192 Achte darauf, dass du den Teig sehr locker und nicht zu eng in der Folie einpackst, da er \u00fcber Nacht nochmals an Volumen zunimmt.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2192 <strong>Das Laminieren gibt den Schoko-Croissants die vielen buttrigen und luftigen Schichten!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e4chster Morgen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den Teig auf eine bemehlte Arbeitsfl\u00e4che geben und in ein langes Rechteck ausrollen.&nbsp;<em>\u2192 Der Teig ist sehr hart, nimm dir Zeit um den Teig ohne zu viel Druck auszurollen.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In 12 gleichgrosse Rechtecke schneiden.
