Klar, denn sie hat auch richtig viel Geschmack. Haupts\u00e4chlich besteht sie aus Erdnussbutter und ist darum besonders cremig und reichhaltig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klassisch wird sie zu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aline-made.com\/de\/satay-spiesse\/\">Satay Spiessen<\/a><\/strong> serviert. Ein perfekter Dip f\u00fcr die unglaublich leckeren Spiesse, welche es in jedem Strassenecken in Thailand zu kaufen gibt. Satay Sauce macht sich aber sonst auch sehr gut. Da ich dieses Gericht und Sauce in Thailand kennen und lieben gelernt habe, zeige ich dir die Thai Version und referenziere im Blogpost auch auf Thailand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deko Tipp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich serviere die Satay Sauce sehr gerne in kleinen Schalen und dekoriere sie mit in feine Ringe geschnittener Chili (eine milde Chili &#8211; die Sauce hat schon etwas Sch\u00e4rfe), frischem Koriander, und gehackten Erdn\u00fcsse. Ich verwende gerne eine crunchy Erdnussbutter mit St\u00fcckchen drin. Wenn du die Sauce fein magst, verwende cremige Erdnussbutter. Kann auch einfach selber gemacht werden. Daf\u00fcr ungesalzene Erdn\u00fcsse in einem Hochleistungsmixer oder Food Prozessor cremig mixen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kokosmilch <\/strong>\u2192 Gibt der Satay Sauce eine besondere Cremigkeit. Kann auch durch Wasser ersetzt werden, allerdings b\u00fcsst man dadurch etwas an Aroma ein.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rote Currypaste<\/strong> \u2192 Ein Geheimtrick. Authentische Thai Satay Sauce enth\u00e4lt eigentlich keine rote Currypaste, aber ich finde, es gibt ihr unglaublich viel Aroma und eine tolle Sch\u00e4rfe. Veganer aufgepasst, rote Currypaste enth\u00e4lt oft Fischsauce oder Garnelepaste. Es gibt auch vegane Currypaste, zum Beispiel von Alnatura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sojasauce <\/strong>\u2192 F\u00fcr die Salzigkeit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Limettensaft <\/strong>\u2192 Gibt eine tolle S\u00e4ure und frisches Aroma ab!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup<\/strong> \u2192 Oder Zucker verwenden! <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optionale Deko<\/strong> \u2192 Chili, Koriander, Erdn\u00fcsse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aufbewahren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reste in ein Einmachglas abf\u00fcllen und f\u00fcr 3 Tage im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im K\u00fchlschrank dickt die Sauce allerdings etwas ein &#8211; einfach mit etwas Wasser verr\u00fchren, bis sie die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
