Serviert wird es mit Reis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich zeige dir, wie du ein veganes Cashew Chicken auf den Tisch zaubern kannst, und zwar das Cashew Tofu! Ich liebe dieses Gericht! Ein perfektes ausgewogenes Hauptgericht mit Protein, gesunden Fetten von den Cashewkernen, und viel Gem\u00fcse! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstatt Tofu kannst du zur Abwechslung gerne auch eine vegane Chicken-Alternative verwenden. Sorgen f\u00fcr einen tollen Crunch in diesem Gericht.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Tofu<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2192 <\/strong>Fester Natur Tofu verwenden. Die Fl\u00fcssigkeit vom Tofu sollte immer etwas ausgepresst werden, so wird er knuspriger und nimmt die Sauce besser auf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reis<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2192 Basmati- oder Jasminreis als Beilage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Karotte, Zucchini, Pak Choi <\/strong>\u2192 Schmeckt richtig lecker mit diesem frischen Gem\u00fcse! Kannst du gerne nach deinem eigenen Geschmack anpassen. Am besten knackiges Gem\u00fcse wie Zuckerschotten, Brokkoli, Babymais, oder gr\u00fcner Spargel verwenden. Pak Choi kann auch durch Chinakohl, Spinat, oder Sojasprossen ersetzt werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zwiebel, Knoblauch<\/strong>, <strong>Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel, Chili<\/strong> \u2192 Sorgen f\u00fcr mehr Aroma!  Am besten nur den gr\u00fcnen Teil der Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel verwenden. Es gibt sie in jedem Asia Shop zu kaufen, heisst auch oft \u201eVegetarian Stir Fry Sauce\". Sie besteht haupts\u00e4chlich aus Sojasauce und Pilzextrakt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sojasauce, Reisessig, Sesam\u00f6l, Zucker, Maisst\u00e4rke<\/strong> \u2192 Reisessig optional mit Limettensaft ersetzten. Anstatt Zucker Ahornsirup verwenden. Die Maisst\u00e4rke dickt die Sauce etwas ein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"visuelle-schrittfrschrittanleitung\">Visuelle Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Anleitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit das Rezept beim ersten Mal ein Erfolg wird, habe ich dir hier einen visuellen Guide mit Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt Bilder erstellt. Dieser ist besonders Kochanf\u00e4ngern zu empfehlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reis<\/strong>&nbsp;gem\u00e4ss Packungsanleitung kochen.&nbsp;<em>\u2192 Asiatischer Reis koche ich NUR im Reiskocher - er wird so einfach am besten!<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cashewkerne<\/strong>&nbsp;in einem Wok ohne \u00d6l f\u00fcr 5 Minuten goldbraun anr\u00f6sten. Beiseite stellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tofu<\/strong>&nbsp;in ein paar Lagen K\u00fcchenpapier (oder in ein sauberes Geschirrtuch) einrollen und leicht pressen, um \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Fl\u00fcssigkeit zu entfernen. Danach in W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Einen Wok oder grosse Bratpfanne mit&nbsp;<strong>1 EL \u00d6<\/strong>l erhitzen und&nbsp;<strong>Tofu<\/strong>&nbsp;darin f\u00fcr 5-10 Minuten bei starker Hitze knusprig anbraten.
