Er ist sehr w\u00fcrzig und schmeckt nach Fr\u00fchling pur!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wer also ein Fan von B\u00e4rlauch ist, sollte dieses B\u00e4rlauch Frischk\u00e4se Rezept unbedingt ausprobieren. Der B\u00e4rlauch Aufstrich schmeckt herrlich zur Brotzeit oder zu einem Brunch mit Freunden. Halte dich daf\u00fcr an <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aline-made.com\/de\/nudeln-mit-frischkaese\/\">dieses Frischk\u00e4se Nudel Gericht<\/a><\/strong> und ersetze den Frischk\u00e4se im Rezept durch diesen B\u00e4rlauch Frischk\u00e4se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"brlauch-saison-selber-ernten\">B\u00e4rlauch Saison &amp; Ernte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die B\u00e4rlauch Saison ist leider sehr kurz und dauert in warmen Jahren von Anfangs\/Mitte M\u00e4rz bis ungef\u00e4hr Ende April. Im Mai fangt B\u00e4rlauch an zu Bl\u00fcten, was das Ende der Erntezeit bedeutet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frischen wilden B\u00e4rlauch findest du bei Spazierg\u00e4ngen in feuchten, schattigen W\u00e4ldern oder entlang von B\u00e4chen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst die Bl\u00e4tter von Hand zupfen oder eine K\u00fcchenschere mitnehmen, und sie ganz unten am Stiel abschneiden. Sie lassen sich gut in einem Plastiksack transportieren.
