Dieses gesunde Granola Rezept kommt aber ganz ohne Zucker aus und ist somit auch <em>Low Carb<\/em>. Zum S\u00fcssen wird eine Banane sowie zwei Datteln verwendet. Wer mag, mischt noch ein paar Kokos Cips darunter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr ein gesundes, proteinreiches Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck mit wertvollen Fetts\u00e4uren und Vitaminen servierst du das selbstgemachte Granola am besten mit Joghurt und frischen Fr\u00fcchten. Es schmeckt auch unglaublich lecker als Topping zu frischem Obst, im Bircherm\u00fcsli, oder einfach so als Knusperm\u00fcsli mit <!-- tasty-links-ignore -->Hafermilch<!-- \/tasty-links-ignore -->. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du aufgrund einer Di\u00e4t oder Krankheit komplett auf Zucker, also auch auf Fruchtzucker, verzichten musst, kannst du das Granola M\u00fcsli ohne Banane und Datteln zubereiten. Wer es trotzdem gerne noch etwas s\u00fcssen m\u00f6chte, gibt etwas S\u00fcssungsmittel (z.B.
