Dabei schmeckt gegrillter Fenchel hervorragend!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Blogpost zeige ich dir, wie einfach du Fenchel perfekt auf dem Grill zubereitest. Am einfachsten viertelst du den Fenchel, kannst ihn aber auch in dicke Fenchelscheiben schneiden. Am besten gelingen die Grillstreifen in einer Grillpfanne aus Gusseisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wissenswertes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Fenchelknolle duftet dank seines hohen Gehalts an \u00e4therischen \u00d6len besonders aromatisch. Die \u00e4therischen \u00d6le sind auch zu einem grossen Teil f\u00fcr die Heileigenschaften des Fenchels verantwortlich. Bereits die R\u00f6mer wussten diese heilenden Eigenschaften zu sch\u00e4tzen und setzten den Fenchel gezielt als Medizin ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fenchel ist ein sehr gesundes Gem\u00fcse, enth\u00e4lt kaum Fett, Kalorien, sowie Kohlenhydrate. Daf\u00fcr eine ordentliche Portion an Ballaststoffen, Betacarotin, und Vitamine. Wer mag, kann die Marinade mit getrockneten Kr\u00e4utern, Knoblauch, oder Gew\u00fcrzen deiner Wahl verfeinern.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zitronensaft <\/strong>\u2192 Mit dem Saft der Zitrone wird der Fenchel nach dem Grillen betr\u00e4ufelt. Dies sorgt f\u00fcr eine tolle Frische. Gelingt auch mit Limettensaft. Wer mag, kann den Fenchel auch in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Wenn du eine kleine Fenchelknolle hast, h\u00e4lt er in Wedges geschnitten aber etwas besser zusammen.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oliven\u00f6l, Salz, und Pfeffer<\/strong>&nbsp;in einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel mischen.
