Gef\u00fcllt mit mariniertem Tofu und Gem\u00fcse, ist dieses Dumpling Rezept <strong>f\u00fcr Veganer sehr gut geeignet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als ich in einem kleinen japanischen&nbsp;Dumplingrestaurant&nbsp;in Melbourne das erste Mal&nbsp;Gyoza&nbsp;gegessen habe, war ich verliebt. Nimm diesen zum Auftauen ein paar Stunden vorher aus dem Tiefk\u00fchler.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bereite die F\u00fcllung<\/strong> gem\u00e4ss Dumpling Rezept in der Rezeptkarte unten <strong>vor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Benetze den \u00e4usseren Rand des Teiges<\/strong> mit deinem Finger. Dies hilft, dass der geformte Dumplingteig aneinander klebt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gib einen <strong>geh\u00e4uften Teel\u00f6ffel der F\u00fcllung<\/strong> auf die Mitte des Teiges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Falte den Teig in die Mitte<\/strong> und verteile die F\u00fcllung mit deinen Fingern, falls n\u00f6tig, damit sie beim Falten nicht herausf\u00e4llt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Falte den Teig mit dem Daumen und Zeigefinger<\/strong> von der Mitte aus <strong>auf jeder Seite 3-mal<\/strong>. Sie d\u00fcrfen sich nicht ber\u00fchren, sonst kleben sie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lass sie f\u00fcr circa <strong>2 Stunden gefrieren<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn sie gefroren sind, kannst du alle zusammen <strong>in einen Gefrierbeutel f\u00fcllen<\/strong> (sie kleben jetzt nicht mehr) und f\u00fcr circa <strong>2 Monate aufbewahre<\/strong>n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gib die Dumplings gefroren in die Pfanne und koche sie wie gewohnt.
