Vielen ist der Federkohl wohl noch etwas fremd oder es ist die Unsicherheit in der Zubereitung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das wird sich aber schnell \u00e4ndern, denn ich zeige dir, wie du mit tollen Zutaten einen atemberaubend leckeren rohen Federkohl Salat auf den Tisch zauberst. Die Zauberformel: <strong>Massieren!<\/strong> Der gewaschene und geschnittene Federkohl mit dem Dressing mischen und dann mit sauberen H\u00e4nden f\u00fcr circa 5 Minuten massieren! Dies macht ihn viel milder im Geschmack und auch etwas sanfter im Biss. Probier&#8217;s aus!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besonders lecker wird der Federkohl Salat aber erst, wenn du ihn mit den richtigen Zutaten mischst. Bei mir wird er mit frischem Apfel, getrockneten Feigen (nach Verf\u00fcgbarkeit gerne auch frische Feigen), ger\u00f6steten Waln\u00fcssen, und Ziegenk\u00e4se serviert. Wer Ziegenk\u00e4se nicht mag, tauscht ihn mit Feta aus. <strong>F\u00fcr eine vegane Version den Ziegenk\u00e4se ganz weglassen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wissenswertes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Federkohl, in den USA kennt man ihn als Kale, ist ein typisches Wintergem\u00fcse. Er geh\u00f6rt zu den Kohlsorten, was seinen leichten Kohlgeschmack und herbe Note erkl\u00e4rt. Federkohl ist sehr gesund und weist einen enormen Gehalt an Betacarotin, Kalium, Vitamin C, und Vitamin K auf. Roh genossen, ist er also ein richtiger Verwende einen milden Ziegenk\u00e4se (ich habe den Chavroux Frischk\u00e4se verwendet).
