N\u00e4hrstoff, der f\u00fcr den Muskelaufbau und die Regeneration wichtig ist. Ausserdem h\u00e4lt Eiweiss lange satt und kann Heisshungerattacken vorbeugen. Also, warum nicht mal Br\u00f6tchen backen, die dich nicht nur lecker, sondern auch fit machen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In grossen Superm\u00e4rkten gibt es oft auch Eiweissbr\u00f6tchen zu kaufen, aber man kann sie geradeso gut selber machen. Das Eiwei\u00dfbr\u00f6tchen Rezept ist sehr einfach und schnell zubereitet. Anstatt Skyr (unbedingt eine zuckerfreie Nature Variante nehmen) kannst du gerne auch Magerquark verwenden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Haferflocken: <\/strong>Binden die feuchten Zutaten. F\u00fcr dieses Rezept verwende ich am liebsten zarte Haferflocken, aber es gelingt mit allen Haferflocken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mehl:<\/strong> Nur eine kleine Menge Mehl macht die Br\u00f6tchen etwas luftiger und leichter. Gelingt mit Weissmehl, Dinkelmehl, oder Vollkornmehl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flohsamenschalen: <\/strong>Sind wichtig, um die Fl\u00fcssigkeit zu binden. Findet man mittlerweile in gut sortierten Superm\u00e4rkten, DM, oder Reformh\u00e4usern. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sonnenblumenkerne, Sesam, Leinsamen:<\/strong> Sorgen f\u00fcr einen kernigen Biss und viel Geschmack.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Backpulver:<\/strong> Damit sie etwas aufgehen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salz:<\/strong> F\u00fcr das Aroma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Topping:<\/strong> Vor dem Backen werden die Br\u00f6tchen in einer Mischung aus Haferflocken, Leinsamen, und Mohn gewendet. Bitte nach Lust und Laune variieren. Nur Haferflocken verwenden, K\u00fcrbiskerne untermischen, oder eine Kernemischung verwenden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"visual-step-by-step-instructions\">Visuelle Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Anleitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit das Rezept beim ersten Mal ein Erfolg wird, habe ich dir hier einen visuellen Guide mit Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt Bilder erstellt. Dieser ist besonders Backanf\u00e4ngern zu empfehlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eier und Skyr in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit einem Schwingbesen leicht schaumig schlagen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alle restlichen Zutaten dazugeben und gut vermischen. F\u00fcr 15 Minuten quellen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Backofen auf 200\u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze vorheizen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Teig auf eine bemehlte Arbeitsfl\u00e4che geben, kurz rundum im Mehl wenden, dann in 4 gleichgrosse St\u00fccke teilen. Man braucht insgesamt 6 EL Kerne &amp; Samen f\u00fcr das Rezept, diese kannst du frei mischen: Sonnenblumenkerne, K\u00fcrbiskerne, Leinsamen, Sesam, Blaumohn, Hanfsamen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Glutenfrei: <\/strong>Verwende eine glutenfreie Mehlmischung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aufbewahren &amp; Einfrieren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Br\u00f6tchen bleiben in einem Plastikbeutel verschlossen bei Raumtemperatur f\u00fcr einen Tag frisch. Am n\u00e4chsten Tag sind sie etwas weicher, darum toaste ich sie dann gerne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich bereite die Br\u00f6tchen gerne auf Vorrat zu und friere sie direkt nach dem Backen in einem Gefrierbeutel ein.
