K\u00fcrbisrezepte stehen da ganz oben auf der Liste. Mit dieser K\u00fcrbissuppe aus dem Ofen zauberst du dir im Herbst eine herrlich aromatische und vor allem w\u00e4rmende Suppe auf den Tisch!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das R\u00f6sten des K\u00fcrbisses im Ofen bringt eine besondere Tiefe und S\u00fcsse in die Suppe. Die nat\u00fcrlichen Zucker im K\u00fcrbis karamellisieren beim Backen, was der Suppe einen herrlich intensiven Geschmack verleiht. Ausserdem kannst du den K\u00fcrbis und die anderen Zutaten gem\u00fctlich im Ofen garen lassen, w\u00e4hrend du andere Dinge erledigst &#8211; das macht dieses Rezept so herrlich unkompliziert! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um den Geschmack abzurunden, kann man die K\u00fcrbissuppe mit brauner Butter, etwas Joghurt, und ger\u00f6steten Kernen servieren. Anstatt Schalotten gerne rote Zwiebeln verwenden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche:<\/strong>&nbsp;Verd\u00fcnnt die Suppe und gibt ihr eine leichte, geschmackvolle Basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oliven\u00f6l:<\/strong> Zum R\u00f6sten im Backofen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kardamom,<\/strong> <strong>Salz, Pfeffer:<\/strong>&nbsp;Zum Abschmecken.
