Mango Smoothie Bowl
Mango, passionfruit yogurt and strawberries. An easy 5 minute smoothie bowl.
- 1 mango
- 1 vegan mango-passionfruit yogurt
- 10 strawberries
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
Peel the mango and cut all the flesh away from the stone. Blend together with the yogurt in a mixer until smooth.
Pour the mixture into your preferred bowl and top it with washed and halved strawberries and the coconut chips.
It will work with every citrus fruit yogurt if you cannot find a mango-passionfruit one.
