Ingredients
 

  • 2 oranges
  • 200 ml (0.8 cups) buttermilk
  • 1 date
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg powder

Instructions
 

  • Peel the orange.
  • Take out the stone of the date and cut it very thin.
  • Add the orange and date with all other ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

Top your smoothie with some cinnamon powder. It looks better and the first sips do taste so cinnamon-intensive.
