The Leftover Smoothie

A smoothie made with veggie and fruit leftovers. Use them in a smoothie instead of throwing them away.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 banana
  • ½ nectarine
  • ½ apple
  • ½ cup (80g) strawberry
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tbsp linseeds
  • ½ cup (120ml) rice milk
  • ½ cup (120ml) orange juice
  • a handful of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything together in a mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve with ice cubes.

Notes

You don't need to use the same veggies as in the recipe. Use the one you have in your fridge instead of throwing them away.
