Ingredients
 

Bowl

  • 0.5 (0.5) frozen banana
  • 0.5 cup (0.5 cup) blueberry
  • 0.5 (0.5) apple
  • 120 ml (0.5 cups) almond milk
  • 1 tbsp (1 tbsp) flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp (1 tbsp) acai powder
  • 1 tbsp (1 tbsp) honey

Topping

  • 1 tsp (1 tsp) Popped amaranth
  • 1 tsp (1 tsp) Almond butter
  • 1 tsp (1 tsp) Crispy spelt flakes
  • 0.5 (0.5) apple

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients well until smooth and creamy.
  • Top it with popped amaranth, apple, almond butter and crispy spelt flakes.

Notes

It's important that the banana is frozen, otherwise, it will be too liquid.
