Add rolled oats, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips. Mix well.
Using a spoon and your hands, form 10 cookies from the mixture. Lay them on a with parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake the cookies for 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely or enjoy them slightly warm.
Notes
Store leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.Variations: Feel free to omit the chocolate chips for an even healthier version. I love to add a pinch of cinnamon powder in winter, and a handful of blueberries in summer.
