Ingredients

  • 2 bananas ripe ones if possible
  • 1 ⅛ cup (100 g) rolled oats
  • ¼ g (40 g) mix nuts chopped
  • ¼ cup (40 g) chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 355°F (180°C).
  • Mash bananas in a bowl using a fork.
  • Add rolled oats, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips. Mix well.
  • Using a spoon and your hands, form 10 cookies from the mixture. Lay them on a with parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Bake the cookies for 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely or enjoy them slightly warm.

Notes

Store leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
Variations: Feel free to omit the chocolate chips for an even healthier version. I love to add a pinch of cinnamon powder in winter, and a handful of blueberries in summer.
