The dressing likes to thicken a little in the refrigerator - you can dilute it with a little water before serving.Serving Suggestion: Tastes delicious with Caesar salad, kale salad, any kind of lettuce, pasta salad or potato salad.Cashew Nuts: No need to soak cashew nuts if you have a high speed blender. However, if your blender doesn't have too much power, I recommend soaking the cashew nuts in hot water for 10 minutes.
