Notes

Red Curry Paste: Often contains shrimp paste or fish sauce. Make sure to use a vegan brand for a vegetarian/vegan satay sauce!
Leftovers: Satay sauce stores very well in a canning jar/airtight-container for 3 days in the refrigerator. However, it usually thickens a bit when stored. Simply dilute with a little water before serving.
Goes well with satay skewers, summer rolls, tofu, or rice noodles!
