  • Add all ingredients in a small pot and bring it to the boil. Pop on the lid and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Take the pot from the heat and let it steep for another 5 minutes.
  • Remove the cinnamon stick and serve hot.

Notes

  • Can be stored for one day in the refrigerator.
  • Use only half the amount of sugar for a less sweet coffee.
