  • ¾ cup (150g) cooked beetroot
  • 1 banana
  • cup (200ml) rice milk
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder high quality
  • a handful of ice cubes


  • Blend everything together in a mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve your chocolate beetroot smoothie with ice cubes.


The smoothie is very rich and creamy in its consistency. If you prefer your smoothie a bit more liquid, you can just add more ice cubes or about 50-100ml cold water.
