Baked Pears with Vanilla Ice Cream
These baked pears with vanilla ice cream from Mövenpick are the perfect winter dessert! An easy and healthy-ish dessert recipe for all pears and ice cream lovers!
Preheat the oven to 395°F/200°C.
Carefully peel the pears, but leave the stem intact. Cut in half and scoop out the seeds using a spoon.
Mix the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl until evenly combined.
Place the pears in a baking dish and pour over the maple syrup mixture. Bake for 20-30 minutes until soft and caramelized.
Let them cool for a few minutes and serve each two with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. You can pour a little more maple syrup over the ice cream if you wish.

- Baking Time: Varies on how big and how ripe the pears are. If they are soft after 20 minutes, perfect. Otherwise, bake them for another 10 minutes.
