Ingredients
 

  • 1.5 cups (50g) flower sprouts
  • 1 banana
  • ½ avocado
  • cup (200ml) vanilla soy milk
  • ½ cup (120ml) water
  • a handful ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredient together in a mixer and blend until smooth and creamy.
