  • Freshly brew a shot of espresso or lungo coffee.
  • Place all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

  • Coffee: You can either use 1 shot of espresso or 1 brewed lungo coffee. Pick the one you like more! 
  • Banana: I prefer to use a frozen one, which makes this smoothie wonderfully cold. Add additional ice cubes if you use a fresh banana.
  • Protein Powder: Add some for a power morning smoothie & an extra portion of protein!
  • Do you like it creamy & thick? Add dairy-free yogurt.
  • Vanilla: Use dairy-free milk with vanilla flavor instead of vanilla extract.
