Baked Sweet Potatoes
A basic recipe for baked sweet potatoes. They will be very soft after baking and have an intensely sweet flavor.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°C/395°F (fan forced).
Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into halves.
Rub them with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and lay them with the flesh side down on a baking tray.
Bake your sweet potatoes in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
Take them out and drizzle with the butter, it will melt right away.
I like to top them with additional sea salt.
Notes
You can serve them with a green salad or veggies. It's also possible to eat the sweet potatoes as a breakfast topped with banana and almond butter.
