  • 1 banana frozen
  • ¾ cup (120g) strawberries frozen
  • cup (80ml) vanilla soy milk


  • Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed mixer.
  • Top your smoothie bowl with your preferred toppings.
    Here are some suggestions: Banana, Berries, Cacao Nibs, Granola.


Give your blender a bit time with the frozen fruits. I do blend as much as possible, leave it to rest for 3 minutes, and blend it again. My blender sometimes has a bit difficulties with mixing the frozen fruits, and the trick with waiting for a few minutes works wonder.
