  • Pulse blanched almonds in a high-speed blender until it resembles a fine, flour-like texture. Depending on your blender, you might need to shake it in between so that all almonds are evenly blended!
  • Transfer in a glass jar and store it, if possible, in the fridge for a longer shelf life.

Notes

Measurements: 1 cup of almond flour equals 100g. This recipe calls for 7 oz blanched almonds resulting in 2 cups of homemade almond flour.
