Instructions
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Snap the rough ends of the asparagus and discard.
Place asparagus with all other ingredients in a Ziploc bag (or in a deep baking dish) and gently massage so that the marinade is evenly distributed. → Grill it right away or let it marinate for up to one day in the refrigerator!
Grill asparagus for 5-10 minutes over medium-high heat or to desired tenderness, turning occasionally. → Grilling time depends on the thickness of the asparagus.
Notes
Keeps fresh for 2 days. Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Leftovers make a great addition to salad (especially quinoa salad).
