Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small tomato roughly chopped
  • ½ cup (10 g) cilantro chopped
  • 1 small clove garlic chopped, optional
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ - ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Halve the avocados, carefully remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
  • Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until a creamy avocado dip forms. → Pulse only a few times if you like a chunky guacamole with more texture. If you want it to be super creamy, pulse until smooth.
  • Season to taste with more salt, pepper, or lime juice. If you like, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or chili flakes. You can also enhance it with finely chopped jalapeños or onions.
  • Serve in a small bowl!

Notes

  • Store it in an airtight container or cover it with plastic wrap in the refrigerator. It will remain fresh for a maximum of 3 days.
  • If you don't have a food processor, mash the avocado in a small bowl using a fork. Finely chop the remaining ingredients and toss well.
