(180ml) cold water

(60ml) oat milk

or any other plant-based milk

maple syrup

ground cinnamon

ice cubes
Instructions
Add all ingredient into a glass and stir well.
Serve over ice.
Notes
It's important to add the ice cubes after all ingredients are well mixed, otherwise, the ground cinnamon turns clumpy.
Use only 1 teaspoon instant coffee for a lighter version.
