This Cottage Cheese Flatbread recipe is the perfect guilt-free alternative to bread. Packed with a whooping 21g of proteins per serving, it's sure to become your new favorite sandwich bread.
Add the cottage cheese, eggs, and seasoning to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with 1 teaspoon of olive oil or cooking spray (which prevents it from sticking). Pour the mixture over and spread it into an even layer using a silicon spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
