Indulge in a guilt-free dessert with these stuffed dates with peanut butter and chocolate! They’re a simple, healthy treat that’s naturally sweet, super easy to make, and absolutely delicious.
Slice the dates lengthwise to remove the pits, creating a small pocket for the filling.
Spoon one teaspoon of peanut butter into each date, then transfer to a with parchment paper lined baking tray.
Melt the chocolate either in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over each date. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes before the chocolate sets.
Pop the tray into the fridge for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Store the dates in an airtight container in the fridge—I personally love enjoying them chilled, straight from the fridge!
Notes
Peanut Butter: I personally prefer using crunchy peanut butter. If you only have creamy peanut butter, you can use a little less and add some finely chopped peanuts to the filling for extra texture.
