In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a generous pat of butter.
Dip one slice of brioche into the custard mixture and soak for about 20 seconds per side. Transfer immediately into the hot skillet and fry each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining slices of brioche, adding more butter as needed.
Serve the Brioche French Toasts with your favorite toppings! I love mine with a drizzle of maple syrup and fresh berries.
Pro Tip: If you're making a large batch, keep the cooked slices warm in a 200°F oven while you finish the rest.
Notes
Sugar: If you prefer it sweeter, add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the egg mixture. I prefer making French toast without sugar, allowing everyone to sweeten it to their taste with their choice of toppings.
